科研/教育经历
1992年毕业于北京大学微电子专业,1997年在北京大学获微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,同年留校工作。2000年到2004年在美国加州大学戴维斯分校和美国康奈尔大学做访问学者。2004年7月返回北大,继续从事科研和教学工作。
研究成果概况
多年来一直从事MEMS/NEMS理论、设计和加工方面的研究,在生物微机电(BioMEMS)和微纳流控系统(Micro/Nanofluidics)取得突出研究成果。作为项目负责人主持国家“863”、国家自然科学基金等科研项目10余项,在本领域高水平学术期刊和国际学术会议上发表论文200余篇,做国际会议邀请报告10余次,申请和授权专利39项(授权27项),为5本书籍撰写章节。担任本领域顶级国际会议IEEE MEMS、Transducers国际指导委员会委员,MicroTAS ETPC委员,IEEE MEMS 2022和MicroTAS 2022共同主席。
